McDonald’s is discontinuing their Angus Burger
Wow, Big Deal, Angus Beef has always been a farce; the Angus cattle is the same family of the Waygu Cattle which of course is the same cow that Japan raises into The True Kobe Beef.
Understandably they are not trying to claim Kobe quality for a variety of reasons but at least in old days, the beef was never graded; they would grade the cow while still eating grass!!
This means you order Choice or Prime grade from them and you don’t know what quality you are going to get, just that the animal was graded at that level!
Very inconsistent product, very overrated!
More carefully raised and handled beef has continued to far exceed it for quality and consistency for decades.
